My interest in creative advertising led to my studying of Marketing and Photography which was completed in 2014 at the University of Minnesota Duluth. After graduation, I obtained a producer's license for Life, Accident, & Health insurance in Minnesota. I also became a certified bartender from the Minnesota School of Bartending.

2017 Minnesota Business Information Technology Educators' (MBITE) Outstanding Student Scholarship recipient.

After working in insurance for 2 1/2 years, I decided to return to college to obtain a Business Education degree which I obtained from Winona State University in 2018.

I currently teach in the Business and Marketing Department at Eden Prairie High School where I also am the Photography Club advisor.

I am originally from Eveleth, Minnesota.

My dad drove production trucks for U.S. Steel for over 40 years and is now happily retired.

My mom worked in retail for most of my life and then as a paraprofessional- she is now also retired.

My sister is a Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at Hudson Middle School in Hudson, WI.
